TESTIMONIALS FROM PREVIOUS CAMPERS:
“Solvang was awesome. Epic climb up Figueora, quiet roads and some spirited riding. Best takeaway was the lectures and coaching. You really get a clear picture of the Peaks Coaching Power Training System. Bring all the clothes in your inventory. Weather varied from very hot to cool, but SAG was right there to add or lose a layer. Sponsors really went the extra mile with a ton of giveaways. GNAR Lube and Athlete Octane (stuff really works) Rocks!” – Len Adams, 2012 Solvang Camper
“Thanks so much for a fantastic week. I didn't really have any expectations going in but came away learning a ton and having a really great time. You all took really great care of us and we got a lot of personal attention and advice on the road. I learned more in this one camp than in 18 months of riding with my team. Ride safe and see you all next year!” – Chris Hammond, 2013 Blue Ridge Camper
“It truly was a fantastic week. Peaks staff - you were, to a one, knowledgeable, encouraging, friendly, supportive; everything you need to and should be. I can't say enough. Keep up the awesome work. I'll bust my arse this season and be back next year with more skills and better numbers, thanks to you!” – Garnet Siddall, 2013 (and upcoming 2014) Blue Ridge Camper
“I really enjoyed the camp. Kathy and other coaches really made the entire week so enjoyable - your positive attitude made one look forward to riding each day even though your body says "no." Thanks again for a fantastic week - a special thanks again for the gel pack and all the great advice. The week exceeded my expectations. I learned a lot and had fun along the way - what more could I ask?” – John Bullen, 2013 Blue Ridge Camper
“This was by far the most fun I've had on a bike in a VERY long time. Don't get me wrong, we did work pretty hard! Besides the awesome camaraderie among the group, it felt like we had a solid cross-section of folks with strengths and weaknesses which worked very well. Hunter and James took all of that and created scenarios and drills that really made us address them and utilize them. This camp gave me the tools to take skill riding to the next level... There is so much more I can write about the last two days, I'll save some for someone else. I truly hope we can do this again in the future, no matter who you are, you will learn.” – Nelson Eby, 2013 Richmond Velo Sport Camper
